Who we are

From São Paulo to Shanghai, one way of doing trade, redefined.

Eutopio do Brasil Trading Ltda is a women-founded international trading company focused on agricultural commodity Real World Assets (RWA). We sit as the trade arm of a broader group whose capabilities span FinTech, private equity, and professional services — letting us embed technology and finance into the supply chain, treating trade as engineered infrastructure rather than transactional brokerage.

We operate on both ends at once. Our Jundiaí office in São Paulo State works directly with producers, logistics, and agricultural services; our Shanghai office is on the ground with the importer network in China. With both sides running in parallel, we can originate supply, execute shipments, and nurture long-term demand on both sides of the corridor — at the same time.

Our intent

We attract capital. We bring in technology. We build infrastructure. We digitize flows. We drive systematic vertical integration. We do all of this so that everyone along the agricultural value chain can share in real success — not just the middleman.

We believe global trade can evolve from fragmented, deal-by-deal brokerage into a digital, data-driven, AI-enabled ecosystem. That is the direction we are building.
